Old Guard Luncheon

Kicking off Alumni Weekend 2025, we are excited to welcome the Stevens Old Guard back to campus. Join us as we officially recognize and celebrate our newest inductees from the milestone 50-year reunion Class of 1975. Our featured speaker will be Mukund Iyengar, PhD (Computer Science), Founder & Director of Launchpad@Stevens and iSTEM@Stevens and he will be discussing the world of innovation and entrepreneurship through emerging pathways at Stevens.

Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Balloon Inflation

Saturday, June 7 | 6 a.m. – Noon

Have you ever imagined marching through Manhattan, guiding a giant balloon down a 2.5-mile parade route? Now’s your chance to make it happen! Join Stevens alumni for an exclusive trial run led by seasoned parade veterans Ken Nilsen and Linda Vollkommer-Lynch. Get hands-on experience with balloon handling, from inflation to piloting, and learn the teamwork required to navigate one of the most iconic holiday traditions—the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!

Lollipop Run and Athletics Clinics

Saturday, June 7 | 10 – 11 a.m.
Canavan Arena
Attention, future champions! Test your speed and agility in a thrilling series of fun and fast-paced challenges designed just for kids. While only one will claim the title of fastest duckling, every participant will walk away with a sweet treat! New this year, Stevens coaches and student-athletes will host interactive sports clinics, giving young athletes a chance to learn skills from the best. With hands-on instruction, this event is perfect for kids ages 5-12 looking to play, compete, and have a blast!

Greek Reunions and Open Houses

32nd Annual Beer Tasting

Saturday, June 7 | 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Howe Center, 4th Floor, Bissinger Room
Get ready for the 32nd Annual Beer tasting, with long time veteran host Dave Manhas ’88, & Ashna Manhas ’18 as we enjoy the hops across our borders. Pack your bags, brush up on your trivia and cup stacking skills as we enjoy the finest samples the North and South American regions have to offer!  This event sells out regularly and is limited to the first 125 registrants, please register early!

Wine Tasting

Saturday, June 7 | 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Babbio Center, Room 122
Vino anyone? Join fellow wine devotees and connoisseurs for an afternoon of tasting 6 wines from Wine Spectator’s Top 100 wines of 2024. We will taste and discuss 3 Old World white wines and 3 American West Coast red wines. Hosted by Renato da Silva P ’25 and ’28, learn about the grape varietals or blends, the terroir, and assess the characteristics of each wine using a classic tasting protocol.

Flock Party and Awards Presentation

Saturday, June 7 | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Wrap up your Alumni Weekend with a lively, campus-wide celebration honoring this year’s Stevens Alumni Association Awards recipients. Relax and unwind after a day of excitement while enjoying stunning sunset views, delicious bites, and refreshing drinks. With a DJ spinning crowd favorites, the energy will be high as you reminisce, dance, and toast to an unforgettable reunion. Say farewell to friends—old and new—and start counting down to doing it all again in 2026!

Ducks Night Out

Saturday night of Alumni Weekend calls for a night out with your fellow Ducks! Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) are invited to reconnect, reminisce, and raise a glass to the memories that brought us together. Enjoy great food, lively conversation, and a fantastic atmosphere as you celebrate the bonds that make the Stevens community so special!

Parking

On campus parking for Alumni Weekend 2025 will be available on a first come, first served basis at all open university lots between June 6 and June 8. Stevens Police reserve the right to close campus parking facilities for construction projects, emergencies or special events. Closures will be communicated as far in advance as possible to allow alternate arrangements. Stevens does not assume responsibility for the care and protection of a motor vehicle or its contents while the vehicle is parked on campus. View the map of parking facilities.

  • Deluxe Double Bedroom Suite (2 twin-size beds): $240 per night. One double bedroom unit with lounge area and private bathroom.
  • Deluxe Single Bedroom Suite (1 twin-size bed): $205 per night. One single bedroom with lounge area and private bathroom.
  • Premium Single Bedroom (1 twin size bed): $165 per night. One single bedroom with enclosed private bathroom.
  • Triple Bed Suite (3 twin size beds): $285 per night. One double bedroom and one single bedroom with a SHARED bathroom and lounge area.

Cancellations/Refunds

Registration closes at midnight on Friday, May 23. The cancellation/refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations on or before May 9 – 100%
  • Cancellations from May 10 – May 23 – 50%
  • No refunds for cancellations after May 23
