Celebrate with us!

Stevens Institute of Technology acknowledges the important contributions made by our faculty, staff and students. Join us for Attila’s Spirit Day to celebrate each other and bring our community together!

The festivities include the annual Employee Recognition Ceremony and Brunch as well as an afternoon of activities and friendly competition. The division with the highest overall attendance for the day will win a coffee and dessert reception, so rally your colleagues to join the fun!

All faculty and staff are invited to attend the Annual Employee Recognition Ceremony and Brunch. RSVP by April 17 and help us recognize our outstanding colleagues who have reached service milestones and celebrate our Excellence Awards winners.

1 - 5 p.m.: Lawn Activities
3 p.m.: Duck Dash (separate registration required)
4:30 p.m.: Closing Ceremonies, Canavan

Duck Dash 2023: Ducks on the Run

To mark Attila's second annual Spirit Day, the Stevens community is invited to form teams and compete in the Duck Dash, a fun opportunity to test your skills and work together as you take on your fellow Ducks. If dashing isn’t your thing, be part of the team in the stands! The department with the highest attendance at the Duck Dash wins a pizza party.

Get ready to dash at 3 p.m.!

The Dash’s activity stations will require a range of skills and expertise, so choose your teammates wisely! Contestants are encouraged to consider including a mix of students, faculty and staff when assembling a team.

Station 2: Get Your Ducks in a Row
A campus building timeline, sponsored by the Samuel C. Williams Library

A mini crossword, sponsored by the College of Arts and Letters 

Station 4: Lucky Ducky
Go fishing for ducks, sponsored by the School of Business 

Station 5: Ducks Over Troubled Water
Build a bridge with unconventional materials, sponsored by the Schaefer School of Engineering and Science
